About
After a night of singing and mumbling through every kind of campfire jam imaginable, in 2018 the Rambling Mumblers were born. Hailing from Portland, Oregon, the group includes several siblings and brothers from other mothers. Playing an eclectic selection of originals and covers, the Rambling Mumblers explore the music they love and refuse to be limited to one style. Whether it’s reggae or ska, funk or soul, or just plain ol’ roots rock ‘n’ roll, the vibe is about good times and getting down on the dancefloor.
The Mumblers are always in the pocket and built on a foundation of solid groove with many decades of experience in various bands and projects. Members have played in groups with names like The Alvarados, Funfetti, Snowball’s Chance in Hell, Tikihead, Rose Gerber, and many more. The Rambling Mumblers play parties, venues, festivals, weddings, or anywhere a group of fun loving people want to get loose and funky!
